It
takes a lot to qualify for MSPF duty. Excellent physical condition, integrity,
and the will to win -- of course -- but also an extensive training program.
We're trained in Demolitions, Sniper/Marksmanship, Recon & Surveillance,
Close Quarters Battle, Interoperability, Intelligence Collection, Amphibious
Raids, Rapid Response, GOPLAT Ops and more. I guess you can call the MSPF an
'elite' force, but we don't look at it that way; to us, 'Marine' pretty much
says it all!
