This unusual-looking beast is called the Johnson Light Machine Gun, also known as the Johnson LMG or even the "Johnny Gun" for short. It's one of the more rarely-seen U.S. weapons of World War II ... only seeing limited issue in the Pacific to Marine Raiders and guys like us of the First Special Service Force.
